Most of our houses cannot take pets due to newer or nicer furniture or carpeting. We do have a couple of nice houses that do not have expensive carpets that can accommodate pets.  Call us.

STUDENTS (New Interns)

You are discouraged from bringing dependents to Artesia.

Reasonably priced housing is almost impossible to find in Artesia.  Carlsbad and Roswell are alternatives, but you should REALLY think long and hard about moving your family to the area.  Students will miss out on the bonding experience and the cohesiveness of belonging to the class.  Studies will suffer.  We have seen it time and again.  Your family will probably be better served moving them ONCE.  FLETC Rentals does not normally accommodate students.

FLETC Rentals, LLC is owned and operated by a retired agent, knowledgeable in what will make you feel at home, a guy who has been a detailed instructor just like you. (The same guy that runs www.HonorFirst.com). 

I guarantee you that you will be treated well.  I cannot afford to have even one agent go back to his or her station and say that FLETC Rentals wasn't exactly as advertised.

Our purpose is to provide comfortable and attractive housing to federal government employees while on temporary assignment or permanent transfer to Artesia, NM.  You have enough problems with being away from home and having to do without the normal amenities of life that you are accustomed to.  It is our job to make you as comfortable as we possibly can.  If you are heading for FLETC on a temporary detail assignment or for permanent transfer, our rentals are set up just for you!

Some of our rentals have certain things and some have others, but they ALL have:

• Computer hook up, high speed cable or DSL internet

• Telephones with long distance available.

• Plenty of private parking

• All of the normal furnishings that you would expect in a corporate apartment; sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, silverware, glasses, cleaning equipment.

• High quality television (dish or cable), DVD player and AM/FM alarm clock radio.

• Gas grill

• All utilities paid.

• Gardener.
